Local Authorities

The Training Effect works with local authorities to design and develop programmes which will improve outcomes for their local population. We design and deliver surveys which help them to identify understand their local needs, and provide consultancy to enable them to plan interventions.

These programmes focus on helping young people (and their school and college communities) to overcome problems which affect them, but which are not central to the core curriculum.

Our track record of successful and award-winning programmes demonstrates the effectiveness of our approach, which puts practical skills delivery at the centre, and is informed by the latest research and best practice.
