How We Work

TTE design and deliver programmes that change behaviour and improve outcomes for children and young people leading to improved life chances.

Expert knowledge leads to sustainable change

All TTE’s services are expert-led. We deliver cost-effective, outcome-focused programmes, training and consultancy which lead to real and sustainable change for professionals and young people.

As one of the UK’s leading providers of health and behavioural change interventions and programmes for children and young people, we deliver high quality, cost-effective programmes and staff training for professionals across the UK.

We use the latest evidence and best practice to inform development of all our services, ensuring that delivery and outcomes are aligned with government policy. Our partnerships with leading UK universities also ensure that we consistently contribute to the UK evidence base in relation to ‘What Works’ in improving health and well-being outcomes.

We achieve real, positive outcomes for young people

Everything we do is focused on delivering measureable outcomes – enabling young people to make informed, life-changing decisions and improvements for themselves, and leading to positive and sustainable changes for individuals and communities.

Working together with stakeholders

Established since 2011, we are approved providers to local authorities throughout and UK and deliver services to schools, charities and other organisations responsible for young people’s wellbeing.

We believe that our clients, service-users and other stakeholders hold much of the knowledge needed to effect this change in their communities, so effective consultation is key to our service design and delivery. By seeking their views we ensure that what we deliver meets their needs, through:

  • Needs Assessments
  • Services Reviews
  • Consultations
  • Facilitation
  • Policy Development
  • Project Management
  • Research
  • Evaluation

Following consultation, we use innovative thinking and techniques to deliver services which challenge traditional ways of addressing behaviours, leading to real and sustained change.
